Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the products in question. 
We do not offer free shipping for returns.

For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with accompanying packaging. 
Cosmetic and hygiene products where the packaging has been opened by you and which may also have been used by you and which can therefore no longer be sold for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned. These can be products such as skin care and hair products. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy an untouched and fresh product.

For products that are not classified as cosmetic and hygiene products, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction if you handle the products to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their properties or function (e.g. by using the product, by carelessly opening and thereby damaging the packaging, or by returning a product without the original packaging). This means that you are responsible for the resulting decrease in value of the product and this means that we make a price deduction for the current decrease in value.

You as the customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Pack well.
After you have notified us in any way that you wish to return, for example by emailing info@pausehaircare.com, you have 14 days to return the product in question. When we have received your return and have assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the matter is closed.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase. If we make a depreciation deduction, we will inform you by email. The calculation of the deduction is in each case individually and is determined based on the product's resale value. If the item has completely lost its resale value and the depreciation thus corresponds to the sales price, this means that depending on your chosen payment option, we will not refund you at all or that you will need to pay the full purchase price.

Return and Complaints Instructions
If you have regretted your purchase, you can make a Return. If you have received a damaged product or are missing a product from your order, you can make a Complaint. Please note that we do not have a “satisfied customer guarantee”. This means that we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. In case of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you have any reaction.

After registering your return or complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. Always keep the product you are complaining about until the case is handled and resolved.
We do not refund return shipping costs.

As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Package well.

Warranty and right of complaint
If you want to complain about a product, register the complaint by emailing info@pausehaircare.com. Any defect in a product must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the defect should have been discovered, this within a reasonable time (2 months).

Pause Hair Care AB sells all electrical items with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint and all warranties apply in Sweden. Pause Hair Care AB is then responsible for the complaint costs if the damage is considered a manufacturing defect.

Pause Hair Care is not responsible for defects that have occurred due to damage, wear and tear or neglect. Such product defects include, for example, torn cords and cracks in the product.

Warranty and right of complaint only apply upon presentation of a receipt. If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for any costs such as shipping fees and refund with the same payment method used for purchase.
