Prices and payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the checkout you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts.
Ordering and paying via Pausehaircare.com is safe and easy in accordance with EU - regulations.
Every completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that you have accidentally provided an incorrect email address when placing the order or that the order confirmation has been automatically sorted into Spam.
A valid agreement between you and Pause Hair Care is only concluded when Pause Hair Care has confirmed your order through an order confirmation and sent a purchase/delivery confirmation when your order is packed and ready for delivery.
Shipping and deliveries
With us you always have the option of FREE SHIPPING when you shop for at least 70 EUR. To avoid a fee, you must actively select a free shipping method in the checkout before completing your order. Agents in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery, which can affect the delivery time. Below is a list of the shipping methods that Pause Hair Care offers. Keep in mind that during e.g. Christmas shopping and other holidays or major campaigns, delays may occur.
Please note that orders with a higher order value have a limited number of shipping options in the checkout.

Damaged package upon delivery
If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, you should ask the agent or carrier to note the damage before you accept the package. Otherwise, you can refuse to accept it, whereupon it will be returned to us free of charge.
If you have already received the package, any damage should be documented as soon as possible. Contact the carrier directly to register the damage.
When delivered to a parcel box, the package should be checked directly on site. If you discover any damage, you should take clear pictures of the package from all sides and immediately contact the carrier to report the matter. Then contact us at info@pausehaircare.com and we will help you further.
