How to use
Use the provided syringe or dropper to apply 1-1,5 ml of Hair Serum to a clean and dry, or damp, scalp.
Massage the Hair Serum into the scalp and leave in.
Use 1-2 times per day.
Results may take 6-9 months.

Do I have to use it every day?
Hair cycles takes time and you should not expect an over night change. The key is to be consistent and over time you should see results. Short answer - yes, to get results and keep your results you should use the hair serum at least once a day. Or preferably expose your scalp to any product in the Active line twice a day.
For example the hair serum in the morning and the shampoo at night, or vice versa. Or the hair serum twice.
How long time does it take to see results?
Results vary both in time and noticability. The goal of Pause Hair Care is to give you the solutions to pause your hair loss. You should not expect a huge regrowth which in many cases is not even a viable result with medical intervention. Expect results to take anywhere from 6-18 months.
Do you offer money back if it doesn't work for me?
No, we do not believe that it is a serious business model to lure someone in with false securities. Nothing, not even the prescription medications available today has over 80% success rate. Some studies even imply that topical minoxidil only works for about 40% of people.
Are there any side-effects?
All of our products are drug free and dermatologically tested. No side effects has been shown for any of Pause Hair Cares products.
Even though the products are dermatologically tested contact allergy may appear. If you experience allergy to the serum just discontinue your usage and the effects should disappear.
For your information - some of the active ingredients, like Saw palmetto, has been in studies which has carried on for over 5 years with thousands of participants and is very well tolerated. Noted side effects where for eg. "upset stomach" for the dietary supplement.
Does it contain Alcohol?
No our serum uses propylene glycol instead of Alcohol to be more gentle to the skin and not dry out the scalp

Is it normal to experience an increased shedding of hair in the beginning?
With all (working) hair loss products an initial shed is not unusual. This is because hair that is already in the shedding phase (telogen phase) will shed to make way for new, stronger hairs. It is a normal part of the hair growth cycle.
Are there any other Pause Hair Care Products that help against hair loss?
Yes, we recommend the full bundle. The Serum, Shampoo, Conditioner, Derma Stamp and The Laser Cap. And remember to take your vitamin D (!) but stay within the recommended dosage, more is not always better.
